The problem
The catch: they're hard to find. Creator databases leave them out, and search shows the big names first. That's the gap CollabScout fills.
How it works
No dashboards to learn. One screen per step, one button per screen.
Choose a kind of creator and a country. Start from the example accounts we've picked, or name your own. Within minutes you see who Instagram says is similar, and CollabScout keeps looking from there.
One creator at a time, with the words that matched highlighted. Yes, or not for me. It's like swiping, but for collabs.
Write one message. See exactly what each person will get, review the whole list, then press send. Messages go out slowly, from your own account. Already have a list of usernames? Paste it in and skip straight to this step.
Why CollabScout
$0
No trial, no card. It runs in your browser, so there are no servers to bill you for.
0
Creator databases start at 500 to 25,000 followers. CollabScout starts at zero.
Describe who you're looking for in plain words. Every match tells you why it matched.
No server, no account with us. Your lists live in your browser, and you can back them up to a file.
Each person's exact message is shown before anything is sent. Nothing goes out until you say so.
The first matches show up within minutes. After that it browses the way a person does: a few dozen profiles a day, not thousands an hour.

FAQ
CollabScout is a free Chrome extension that finds small creators and micro-influencers on Instagram in a niche you choose, shows why each one matches, and helps you message the ones you pick. It runs in your browser, with no account and no server.
Yes, it's free to use. CollabScout runs entirely in your browser, so there are no servers behind it. There are no ads, and your data is never sold, because we never receive it.
No tool can promise that, and you should be wary of any that does. Instagram limits automated activity, and sending lots of similar messages can get an account restricted. CollabScout is slow on purpose: a fresh handful of profiles a day, messages minutes apart, a daily cap, and you review every message. Start slowly, write messages people will want to get, and learn on an account you can afford to risk.
No. CollabScout works inside your own browser, where you're already logged in to Instagram. We never see your password or your account.
Chrome on a computer, and browsers built on Chrome such as Edge, Brave and Opera. It doesn't run on phones.
Yes. It finds and messages creators on Instagram only.
No. It looks at profiles and sends only the messages you approve. It never follows, likes or comments.
The first ones within minutes: Instagram's own suggestions for your examples, and about a dozen profiles checked in the first ten minutes. After that, a few dozen a day, depending on the pace you choose. It's slow on purpose, because tools that rush are how accounts get restricted.
In your browser, on your computer. There's no CollabScout account and no server. You can save a backup file whenever you like, and removing the extension removes the data.
Soon, on the Chrome Web Store. The button on this page switches on the day it's live.
