CollabScout
Terms
Plain-language terms for this website and the CollabScout extension.
Free, as it is
CollabScout is offered free of charge and as it is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop working, for example when Instagram changes its pages.
Your account, your responsibility
You use CollabScout with your own Instagram account and must follow Instagram's terms. Instagram limits automated activity, and accounts that send many similar messages can be restricted or disabled. You decide what is sent and to whom, and you accept that risk.
Use it respectfully
Write to people you genuinely want to work with, and don't send unwanted messages in bulk. Follow the privacy, consumer and marketing laws that apply to you and to the people you contact.
No affiliation
CollabScout is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using CollabScout, including restricted accounts, lost data or missed opportunities. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
