Short version: this website collects nothing, and the extension keeps everything on your computer.
This website
This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver pages and protect its network. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how it handles that.
The extension
CollabScout runs inside your browser. The profiles it looks at, your categories, your picks, your messages and your settings are stored in your browser's own storage on your computer. They are not sent to us or to anyone else: there is no CollabScout server and no CollabScout account.
It uses the Instagram session you're already logged in to in that browser. It never asks for your password.
You can download a backup file at any time. Removing the extension deletes its data from your browser.
People you find and message
The extension stores public profile information about the creators it finds, on your computer only. If you contact people, you are responsible for doing so lawfully, including under privacy and marketing laws where you and they live.
